Educational Support Staff Appreciation Week

November 17 through November 21st, we’re celebrating our incredible Educational Support Staff who make such a difference in the lives of our students each and every day. These dedicated professionals include our school psychologist, speech pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, social worker, and registered behavior technician. Together, they provide specialized support that helps students grow academically, emotionally, and socially, ensuring that every child has what they need to succeed.

Geometry Geniuses!

Mrs. Maness's 3rd grade class has been exploring the world of polygons in a variety of ways. They've played with Play-doh, explored with exploragons, practiced with Polypads, and played Heads-up! Together, they have become geometry geniuses!

MVE is going ORANGE!

Join us on October 3rd for the Tabb High School Homecoming football game at Bailey Field! 

MVE students get a special deal at the gate!  Only $5 for MVE students, and $7 for all others. 

Come early and hang out with Mrs. Barber, Mrs. Gillikin, and Mrs. McClanahan at the Mustang Tailgate- starting at 6pm! We will have face paint and poster making materials so we can go ALL OUT for the Tabb Tigers!

MVE Fall Bookfair is Back!

We are looking forward to our fall Scholastic Book Fair this month during the week of September 22-26. Students will have the chance to shop during their regular resource time, and we will also be hosting some after school hours for families to come shop together. School Safety Protocols

YCSD has adopted the I Love U Guys Foundation Standard Response Protocol (SRP) for emergency situations. Students will learn more about the protocols during the first week of school to help them become familiar with the terms and steps to take in an emergency.
